Chicken Pot Pie

An all time traditional American favorite. Chunks of chicken, chunks of ham, cooked in a savory cream sauce with potatoes, peas and carrots topped with a browned pastry crust.

Irish Stew

Made to an old Irish recipe. Tender leg of lamb pieces cooked with carrots potato celery and onion.

Country Breakfast Fry

Two eggs fried or poached, served with breakfast veal sausage, fried bread, sautéed mushrooms, beans on toast, and a small portion of Irish chips topped with 2 crispy bacon rashers.

Chicken Kebab

Large diced chicken breast marinated to our own recipe open grilled and served with French fries and carrots.

Chicken Kiev

Traditional Ukrainian dish. A rolled chicken breast filled with butter and coated with fine breadcrumbs is fried then oven baked. Served with French fries

Sausage & Mash Potatoes

Your choice of 2 plump juicy grilled Irish, English or chicken sausages served with mashed potato supreme, grilled tomatoes and onion sauce.

 

Duck Leg in Cherry Sauce

A large duck leg and thigh, marinated for 24 hours in a cherry and wine marinade then baked in the oven. Accompanied with a black cherry sauce and served with sweet corn.

“Irish” Grilled Chicken

A half spring chicken marinated in a light mustard sauce then open grilled. Accompanied by baked apple in a spicy caramel sauce.

Open grilled New York strip steak basted with pepper marinade served with mushroom sauce.
