Made to an old Irish recipe. Tender leg of lamb pieces cooked with carrots potato celery and onion.

Two eggs fried or poached, served with breakfast veal sausage, fried bread, sautéed mushrooms, beans on toast, and a small portion of Irish chips topped with 2 crispy bacon rashers.

Roasted rabbit with a ground ginger sauce is served with Irish thick cut chips sprinkled with garlic.
Duck Leg in Cherry Sauce
A large duck leg and thigh, marinated for 24 hours in a cherry and wine marinade then baked in the oven. Accompanied with a black cherry sauce and served with sweet corn.
“Irish” Grilled Chicken
A half spring chicken marinated in a light mustard sauce then open grilled. Accompanied by baked apple in a spicy caramel sauce.
Juicy young pork ribs marinated in “Barbecue” sauce and open grilled. Served with more “Barbecue” sauce.
