THE CHEF`S SPECIAL MENU

In response to customer requests that we provide something a little different, for that special occasion, the executive Chef, Dimitri Kovalov has created this special menu. These dishes are only available when Dimitri is working in the pub and each dish ordered is cooked personally by him for your enjoyment.

Cork “Emerald-green salad”
Irish style crispy salad freshly made with salad leaves, spinach, cabbage, fresh carrot anв the chefs’ own dressing. Accompanied by chicken livers roasted with dried apricots and prunes.

Irish Gold
Thick slices of grilled fillet mignon served with tender mashed potatoes and honey-mustard sauce.

Zander “Waterford”
Zander filled baked with exotiс kiwi sauce. Served on a delicious bed of rice combined with zucchini, mushrooms, celery, bell pepper and Feta -cheese.

Pork Loaf
Pork stuffed with bell pepper, champignons and spinach accompanied by a wild mushroom sauce. Served with fried dauphine potatoes.

Chocolate Cake
Chocolate cake served with mild flavoured coffe cream.
